Scholarships:

Full or partial scholarships are available upon request. 
No camper will ever be turned away because of financial reasons. 
Contact the camp at 859-375-4376 for more information on scholarships. 
Scholarships are confidential. 

Background Checks:

Camp Calvary requires background checks on all faculty. 
Parents who want to spend the night with their child will
have to have a background check run.

Mail for Campers:

Most campers love getting mail.  You can mail your campers throughout
the week by sending mail to:

475 Camp Calvary Lane
Mackville, KY 40040

Please do not send mail after Wednesday as it may not arrive in time.

 

Check In & Out:

Even if you have pre-registered your child, you must check in your child. 
Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. on opening day.

Whoever picks up your child must sign your child out. 
Check-out time is 2:00pm on closing day unless noted otherwise. 

Canteen:

A T-shirt, 8X10 group photo and two canteens per day are included in the tuition.  Each child will be given one drink and one food item per canteen.
